Butterfly House (Ready to Build!)

A simple and compact house with big views. We're ready to build this home for you!

All the service spaces are grouped -- kitchen, pantry, utility, bathrooms, closets, and mechanical room -- into a long "core" wall on the public side of the house that provides privacy and is punctured by the main entry. The two parts of the house -- public and private -- are separated by a "dog run" or breezeway that also acts as the main entry into the house. A boardwalk perpendicular to the "core" organizes the parking, the entry, and the rear deck and pool.

The plan is super efficient, with no hallways or other wasted space.
